Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of zipped.top.

4.2 Your Property

As between you and zipped.top, you own the intellectual property rights in your User Files. We claim no ownership over any User Files processed through our Service. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights from you to us except for the limited license necessary to perform the Service.

4.3 Feedback

If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, free license to use such Feedback for any purpose without any obligation or compensation to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
